All bookings require a deposit and are subject to availability. Full payment terms will be provided upon booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: No refund unless covered by travel insurance.

5. Liability and Insurance

Travelers participate at their own risk. Comprehensive travel insurance is included but additional coverage may be recommended. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.

6. Code of Conduct

Travelers must respect local customs, follow guide instructions, and maintain appropriate behavior throughout the expedition.

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Explorer Eminence VIP and protected by copyright laws.
